Remarks

• Registration is required and no walk-in will be accommodated.
• If you have any discomfort or flu symptoms, please refrain from attending the event.
• Only registered participants are allowed to stay and attend the event.
• Substitutions are permitted. Please inform us by Monday, 23rd September 2024, if you need to make such arrangements. The substitute must also be a member of the CFA Society Hong Kong.
• The event organizers reserve the right to change the format or date of the event due to unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.

• The event will be conducted in English.
• This event is not eligible for any CPT/PL credit hours, no attendance certificates will be issued to attendees.
• The mini sacoches are given as souvenirs to members who attended the event. Registrants who did not show up at the event will not be entitled to such souvenirs.
• Please take good care of your personal belongings when attending the event. The Society shall not be responsible for any loss of personal property.
• For attendance-taking purposes, participants’ names and company names (if any) may be given to the speakers of this event.
• Should there be any changes to the event dates and other arrangements, we will notify participants via SMS and/or email. Notices will also be posted on the Society’s website. Please stay alert with our notifications.
• In the event of any disputes, the Society reserves the right of final decision.
